Your swing and body type brings to mind Darnell Coles, circa 1987.
Jim Walewander is a much better burn than Darnell Coles. Walewander had no staying power, while Coles had himself a bit of a career. He was a lean, mean base stealin machine. He reminded me of Gary Pettis.
You might be right, but Darnell Coles was not lean or mean. He was a bottom-heavy, error-making, joke of a bloated third basemen with a swing was greasier than his jeri-curl.
Now Pettis -- he's my guy.
