Dec 26-Xmas Update

We have been on the road the last few days and I have not had a chance to post anything. We have been taking pictures galore and I hope to get some of them up here in the next day or so. Merry Belated Christmas to you all!! Hope you are all enjoying the holidays.

Dec 22-Xmas in GR

Dec 18-Football Related Post

If you look to the right hand side of this blog, you will see a section titled links. I have had all of my favorite teams links there since I started this website. One of the liks always had "(I should remove this)" next to it. Well, I finally did remove it. I won't even mention their name, cuz' I'm sure you already know who it was. I feel like they do not deserve a mention on this site. Screw em'!! I did replace it with a link to one of the best football teams in NCAA history....drumroll...Grand Valley State University!! On Saturday, they won their 4th Division II National Championship in 5 years. Can you say dynasty? Their senior class is the winningest in NCAA history, I belive the mark is 54-3! That is redonkulous!!!
They play the best football in the whole state year after year, and no one seems to care. And yes, that includes U of M. I really like the Wolverines, but sadly, Lloyd is going to guide them to another Bowl loss against USC on New Years Day, which is becoming Lloyd's specialty (along with losing to OSU). So in closing, congrats to the Lakers for winning ANOTHER championship!! And congrats to the Leos for being removed from my blog, its been a long time comin'.

Upon reading it, I felt compelled to comment on it outside the comment section. Smalz and Emerson were in Ann Arbor for the last 2 days, leaving Brick home alone. There is plenty to report on, but little time to do so. By the time I have a chance to mess with this site, I can barely keep my eyes open. You will find out that once you have a baby, things change. For example, something as simple as eating/preparing dinner. One person holds crying baby, the other makes food. Then both parties must eat the food quickly. Like I stated before, I feel obligated to post something, but can't do it all the time. Sorry.

I am strongly considering deleting this blog due to the effort required to properly maintain it. This could be the end...

Dec 12-Never Go Against The Family

I've made Phiul and Gina an offer they can't refuse. Phiul and Gina have agreed to be Emerson's godparents. We are honored that they have accepted this role in Em's life. Now, I told Phiul, in order for this to happen, he HAS to see the Godfather movie (which he has never seen). Not sure why he has never seen it, his taste in movies is pretty bad (example: Mall Rats). You can all give Phiul a bunch of crap in the comment section for having never seen it.

Dec 6-Lack of Updates

Sorry for the lack of posts here, been busy with work, baby and X-mas shopping. Here is a picture of Emerson on her way to the doctors office on Monday. Nice hat!

Dec 3-Medeiros Visit

Skip and Lynn were by to see the baby today. Skip tried (unsuccessfully) to repair my leaf blower. We then ate some Chinese food, then Skip and I went to Gander Mountain (hunt, fish, camp)! Below are some photogs from the day:

Dec 3-Xmas Tree etc.

Smalz, Emerson and I spent most of Saturday putting up our Christmas tree and spitting up. This is the first xmas tree we have had since we moved to GR. Pretty exciting. It is a smallish tree that I purchased from the Wyoming Athletic Boosters tree sale down the street. Then we took some pictures:
